PERFORMANCE SITUATION ROOM is a European thought space, an innovation hub, an international incubator. It allows LLB, its players and most of all the benefiting artists, writers, theoreticians, multipliers and audiences to apply their skills spontaneously on emerging situations, locally and internationally, by devising formats entirely depending on the relevant scenario.
If cultural education needs a boost, we bundle our most experienced teaching artists to ponder for solutions. If inclusion is at stake, LLB gathers its most socially skilled practitioners to develop outreach methods for the relevant situation. And where bridges to other art forms or new audiences need to be built, LLB sets out to draw a most diverse group of artists, curators and institutions from its versatile core group to ensure smooth cooperation and mediation.

4th Block | PARADOXES OF INCLUSIVITY
The October block brings an interdisciplinary programme marking 10 years of work by the artistic organisation Divert / IMRC in the field of inclusive dance. Besides workshops and performances, the central events of this block are the opening of the Divert Archive that contains, along with already published video materials, never-before-seen recordings from rehearsals, residencies and other events and the Paradoxes of Inclusivity – 10 Years of IMRC / Divert Collective discussion, where we think about, along with authors, dancers from the organisations and expert media, the past, present, but also future activities of the organisation and broader society in terms of inclusion in dance.

3rd Block | IMPROSPECTIONS2022 – SENSUOUS SURFACES
The theme of this year’s sixteenth edition of Improspections Festival is sensuous surfaces as a medium of (bodily) interaction with the world. How are we immersed in our surroundings? Improspection’s programme looks at different embodied, intermedial and social aspects of the materiality of our relations, co-agency, thinking with / through the materiality and sensibility.
The programme consists of five guest performances (two from Croatia, three from abroad), installations, a collaborative project by students from the Academy of Fine Arts and the Academy of Dramatic Arts, two workshops and an experiential-discursive programme as part of the ANTISEZONA Xtenzija and Performance Situation Room programmes. A series of discussions with artists called Responding to Performance through Practice and a publication themed around the festival offer additional immersion into its theme and artistic works, artists and their poetics, politics and perspectives.

2nd Block | THE END OF (A) HIGH–RISK (SEASON)
The June block includes performances by Matija Ferin and Sindri Ucu, who are also participating in a Hangover Session, summer edition, moderated by Iva Nerina Sibila. The high-risk cast of Kik Melone invites you to a collective dive into previous experiences, poetry and never seen before performative situations. Following and documenting all of it are archivists S. P., C. K. and T. K. who will present and afterwards move the S. M. Archive into the metabolism of the museum.

1st Block | ANTIREPERTOIRE
The first block, named ANTIREPERTOIRE, is happening on the 14th and 15th February and 24th – 27th March at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Zagreb. On the programme are premiere, returning and guest performances created within and close to ANTISEZONA’S environment, which we’d like for to meet with an audience again.
