SAUNA Collective, Keith Hennessy and guests
7th – 14th December 2025
Zagreb, Croatia

The laboratory brings together performers, musicians, performance artists, and audiovisual artists interested in improvisation and collective work from Croatia, the region, and the American artist Keith Hennessy, a choreographer and researcher of improvisation and queer activist. It is conceived as a space for shared exploration of improvisation as an artistic, political, and collective tool. The questions guiding them are: What does it mean to improvise after the end of the known world? How do body, movement, sound, and space create new forms of togetherness, resistance, and regeneration in times of political crises and global challenges? The showing will be created as the final stage of a seven-day laboratory.
